Hi, I’m Reverend Gina Jenkins . . .
Dedicated to fostering the Truth of Oneness and Unity that originates within each of us. In 2018, I embarked on a profound healing journey, choosing to trust God more deeply and let go of my own understanding. This path led me to an incredible spiritual awakening with Yeshua.
In 2021, I discovered the power of Universal Law, which transformed my approach to healing and personal growth. Through intensive trauma work, shadow work, inner child healing, and the Radical Recovery of Self program, I have uncovered the boundless nature of LOVE.
My journey of faith and self-discovery, particularly following my divorce in 2021, has reinforced my belief that life unfolds for us to experience and know love. With extensive training and certifications, including a 500-hour RYT, Spiritual Psychology Coach, and Radical Recovery Mentor, I have rebranded my business, Ya’da Yoga, into a therapeutic yoga service. Ya’da Yoga specializes in healing physical and emotional ailments, offering a variety of modalities to support trauma recovery and the healing of addictive and co-dependent patterns.
As your retreat host, I am committed to guiding you through transformative experiences that help you connect deeply with yourself and the divine, fostering healing and profound personal growth.

Arrival Details:
You will be greeted at the airport in Panama City and shuttled to the Retreat Center, located 5 hours away, where you will enter a magical vortex called Alaya Panama.
Upon arrival, you will be led to the main dining area for a welcome drink and an introduction to the property and the weekend itinerary.
After being shown to your Dome, with ample time to unwind and relax, we will have an Opening Ceremony in the Yoga Dome to officially begin our retreat.

Do I need trip insurance?
Yes, trip insurance is required. Please email the details by
December 31, 2024.
What happens if it rains?
Expect rain, Panama gets rain a lot. However, you will be in the country during its “dry season”.
There may be mid-day rain which will not disrupt our activites.
Should I be concerned about the water there?
No, the drinking water and food are clean, nourishing sources of sustenance, there is no concern.
Is travel included?
Airfare is not included, however, transportation from Tocumen International Airport to the retreat center is provided.
What are the resources in the area?
The nearest hospital is in Chitre an hour from the retreat center.
Additional travel can be arranged while in Panama, perhaps adding a day or two on either end to stay in the City or check out other parts of Panama at your discretion
You will receive a detailed packing list with your reservation email prior to your trip
Other Important Notes:
Weather: you can expect the weather to be warm, sunny, tropical. The average temperature during your stay will be 80 degrees, with possible mild showers. No weather will cancel this trip
Travel: Travel is into Tocamen International Airport, from there you will be escorted to a shuttle where you will take a 5-6 hour ride out to the resort center.
Travel Insurance: Is required and must be emailed to me prior to December 31, 2024. You are better off getting it sooner than later to protect your investment in this trip.
Refund policy:
The $500 deposit is non-refundable, any remaining balance can be fully refunded up until November 15, 2024. Any cancellations after November 15, 2024 will be considered a full surrender of your spot on the trip and will not be eligible for a refund of any balance.
